“We had a wonderful stay in Wilmington! The house is in a perfect location, easy walking distance to grab coffee, dinner, or take a walk along the river. It comfortably accommodated our family of five, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood is welcoming and safe. We especially loved relaxing on the front porch with our morning coffee and seeing so many neighbors out walking and saying hello. Plus, it’s just a short drive to Wrightsville Beach. We’d absolutely stay here again!”

“We met a friend from California for a long weekend, and Kristin's Airbnb was perfect! The location was awesome; we could walk to everything downtown Wilmington has to offer. We felt safe both running and cycling from the Airbnb. Our friend stayed in the downstairs bedroom; we stayed in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back!”

“This was our first time to Wilmington and Kristin’s place was fabulous. Located only a few blocks from the river board walk, where there is plenty of shops and good restaurants. Kristin’s place was very clean and well furnished for our stay. The home was decorated very nicely and we would definitely book another stay with her.”
